We’re a foster-based, all-breed rescue serving the greater Philadelphia area with a mission to give dogs a second chance. From puppies to seniors, we save dogs from all walks of life, providing them with medical care, love, and a path to a forever home.

Please note - our dogs live in private foster homes and we do not have a shelter or facility.

We believe that all dog's needs are different, so each dog's bio will list their individual needs and characteristics of their

perfect forever home.

Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart of Harley’s Haven. Whether you're driving pups to appointments, helping at events, or lending a hand behind the scenes, your time and energy help us keep going strong. There's a role for every schedule and skill set—come be part of something special!​

As a nonprofit rescue, we rely on donations to cover medical care, supplies, transport, and more for the dogs in our care. Whether it’s a one-time gift, items from our Amazon wishlist, or ongoing support—every contribution helps us save lives and keep tails wagging.​

Foster

When you open your home to a foster dog, you give them a safe place to land and a chance to start fresh. We provide the supplies and support—you provide the love. Whether it's just for a weekend or until adoption day, fostering truly changes everything for a dog in need.​
