Meet beautiful Elsa! ❄️

 

This 1 year old, 40-pound Hound mix came to us from a rural shelter where time just wasn’t on her side. She spent most of her days tucked away in a crate, too scared to come out. We saw that beautiful, worried little face and knew she deserved a chance at a real life. Elsa is very shy when you first meet her, but once she trusts you, her silly puppy heart starts to shine through. She’s tall, lanky, and has the most adorable “wiggly-noodle” energy when she’s happy🩷

 

She absolutely adores other dogs — they’re her safe place and her confidence boosters. Around dog friends, she blossoms into a goofy, playful pup who loves toys and zoomies! Because of that, Elsa will need another friendly dog in her future home, along with a secure physical fence to keep her safe (she’s a bit of an adventurer at heart)! Elsa is still learning that the world can be kind, and she’s looking for a gentle, patient family who will let her bloom at her own pace. Once she does, you’ll see just how special this sweet, soft-souled girl truly is💛
